Job Description:


  • Experience in hospitality will be an advantage, especially within technology integration
  • Knowledge of and experience using project management tools and methodologies – 2 – 3 years experience required
  • Strong effective written and verbal communication skills – additional language proficiency (Spanish) is preferred
  • Excellent problem solving and organization skills is a must
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and work at all levels to complete the task at hand
  • Comfort with occasional travel (no more than once every 2 months)
  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience, is required

What You’ll Do

  • You will be the primary liaison for a Customer during their implementation process and will work with the implementation team to remove any blockers that may arise.
  • You will be a tenacious advocate for the Customer and serve as their guide along the implementation journey.
  • You will coach customers through the implementation process and guide the customer to make the best informed decisions and delivery long lasting outcomes.
  • You will communicate progress on the implementation timeline to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring risks and opportunities are addressed.
  • You will review the quality of the requirements and deliverable(s) ensuring the highest level of service and product are delivered.
  • You will need to have a sense of humor and want to have a little fun while working in a close family-oriented team.
