Metrics

ICEvoice collects requests as if they were logged in by the guest. Hoteliers can view powerful metrics showing guest interaction with Alexa in the ICE HUB Control Panel.

Utilize ICEvoice Anywhere – Including Meeting Spaces

ICEvoice enables hotels to bring the power of voice command to the conference space. This allows meeting planners to conduct their business with a constant connection to hotel staff through ICEvoice. In a conference room, a guest can say, “Alexa, tell Hotel Intelity we would like more coffee” and connect to the ICE HUB Control Panel to create a request directly to your hotel staff. ICEvoice can also answer simple questions, like “What’s the wifi password?”, to keep the guest services phone open for more pressing matters.
