We are looking for an experienced, creative, passionate individual to lead our customer acquisition strategy across multiple channels including online, email, social media and events. This role will focus primarily on acquiring new customers, engaging existing customers, and optimizing marketing programs. The right person is both strategic and tactical with creative & analytical thinking skills.

Must be a team player who loves content creation, social media and all aspects of brand marketing. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

Details

  • Work with team to strategize and create multi-channel content for campaigns and ensure consistency of content
  • Build and operationalize campaigns in HubSpot including list creation, template design, call-to-action and copy creative
  • Optimize campaigns for effectiveness and ROI and measure frequent A/B tests on email, digital or content pieces, inform and discuss results with leadership teams
  • Define the buyer’s journey and align marketing programs like lead nurture mapping and lead scoring to qualify and prioritize leads
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Designer and Copywriter on new assets, digital campaigns and content syndication opportunities
  • Work with Sales manager to define and manage the lead flow between HubSpot and Salesforce – including list uploads, routing to sales, and movement down the funnel
  • Optimize marketing budget based on performance and budget allocation, and be able to inform and discuss with finance and leadership teams
  • Work closely with sales leadership to define sales flow, follow up process and handling of leads
  • Manage internal and customer communications for ongoing programs, product feature releases, etc.
  • Monitor and track results and KPIs; map and report on results to plan and to budget

Requirements

  • HubSpot, Salesforce, Copywriting and Editing, Marketing Automation, Multichannel Marketing
  • 4+ years experience in a channel marketing / marketing automation role, agency experience a plus
  • Experience in managing and reporting on results, budgets and KPIs
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled with all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other marketing automation software and project management tools
  • High energy, positive, multi-tasking people person who excels in small teams
